There is now a script on Dev Wiki which even comes closer to the original WikiActivity than the WikiActivity script for UCP, as it also includes message wall posts, discussions and blog and article comments even if they are no longer built on MediaWiki. Today I've added that script to the ImportJS page.

After some issues over the last weeks WikiActivity finally can be used again. Thanks to @Rappy for fixing some mistakes on the ImportJS page. Only the right rail is missing, however it's one of the planned features for the script on Dev Wiki, so we might soon see it again as well as hopefully within the project, MediaWiki and Template namespaces. <p>It looks like the new community feed causes problems with displaying the discussions rail module. I've addressed this problem with another user at FANDOM Developers Wiki: dev.fandom.com/wiki/Talk:DiscussionsRailModule Hopefully they fix it soon.</p>

The announcement section can be found on the admin dashboard. Every announcement needs a title and a destination URL.
There is something new on FANDOM: Announcements. They can be posted by admins and discussions moderators and are live for 30 days. As well they can be viewed by any user who edited, posted or upvoted during the last 90 days.

Yeah trailers also are played on television after other anime episodes, in particular if they are by the same company. But nowadays they are also uploaded to YouTube or other video portals. I have been experiencing this for many years.

Only users who posted in this thread get notified about new posts, but not users who just visit the wiki. The highlight feature of the old forums also notified users who didn't post in the thread of it.
Yeah, staff might add the highlight feature soon. The discussions still have some flaws.
So now just one month and one day left still PriChan starts. Cardfight Vanguard apparently will end with an huge event which lasts almost three hours, as no airing of Miracle Tunes is scheduled for April 1 as it seems. The week after PriChan will finally start. What do you expect? Just started the first discussion thread on this wiki :)
