Episode 118 - A Sparkling Gathering! It's the Pretty All Friends! is the 118th episode overall and the 16th episode of the third season of the Kiratto Pri☆Chan anime. It aired in Japan on TV Tokyo on September 20th, 2020.

Content

Summary

Mirai wonders into a mysterious area of Pri☆Chan Land after chasing after KiracCHU. There she saw a lake of ice along with a girl who was enjoying ice skating. Upon seeing her, she believes this girl to be Aira Nanahoshi, a designer she has worked with and someone she also admires. However, the girl in the ice skates doesn't recognize her at all.'

Plot

A bright green light slowly descends from the sky down to PriChan Land. Mirai and KiracCHU rush over to PriChan Land after realizing how late they were to Emo and Rinka’s meeting. Shortly after arriving, they receive phone calls from Emo and Rinka, and the two give their respective reasons as to why they couldn't make it there. As Mirai takes a seat on the bench nearby, she notices a building in the distance and goes to check it out. Mirai and KiracCHU enter the Cheese House to find the entire room dark except for one spot where the light is shining. A cheesecake with little wings gets startled by their sudden appearance and runs away. KiracCHU chases after the cake with Mirai trying to catch up with her.

Mirai ends up slipping on ice as the door in front of her opens. She crashes into someone who looks just like Aira Nanahoshi, but the girl reveals herself to be Aira Harune. The two have a brief conversation over what to call each other. Mirai tries to ask her where they are, but she slips on the ice rink before getting the question out. Seeing that Mirai doesn’t have proper footwear on the rink, she gives her ice skates and teaches Mirai how to ice skate. Aira shows off some moves to Mirai, leaving her amazed, and Aira continues to teach Mirai a variety of moves, even doing a Prism Jump.

After finishing their ice skating session, they take a break. Remembering what she was doing before, Mirai goes back to searching for KiracCHU but with Aira’s help. They have a brief conversation as they search and encounter a flying vacuum cleaner that sucks them in. They are released in an unknown area of trash bags, and they spot KiracCHU. Chasing after her, the two run across various locations that are from the Pretty Rhythm and PriPara series. They finally arrive at a clock tower with a mysterious button in front. Pressing the button, Naru Ayase pops out from the clock tower as she does her signature "Happy Naru". They press the button again and this time a white bird pops out with a pink heart-shaped jewel. Mirai takes the jewel, and they proceed to continue their search. On the table of the Police Station, they find a PriPara Police poster and spot KiracCHU again. Still not able to catch her, they continue their search.

They find themselves in a forest where red glasses grow, and a large pile of glasses falls on them. Forging ahead, Mirai finds a spring shaped like glasses. Aira catches up with Mirai and trips, causing Mirai to drop her jewel. They go down the hill and try to search for it, but they just can’t seem to find it. Water bursts from the spring and different kinds of Meganees appear; they aid them in their search for the jewel and find it for them.

Next, they go to the Meganee Museum and encounter the PriPara version of Meganii. More Meganii appear and they use their hologramation to display multiple screens in the air. On the screens are performances from Pretty Rhythm and PriPara. Mirai finally finds KiracCHU as Aira and Naru directly talk to her from the screens. The PriPara version of Meganee appears to allow them to do a performance. Aira, Mia, Naru, Laala, Yui, and Mirai all perform together on a grand stage performing the song, Prima☆Donna? Memorial!.

After finishing their performance, Mirai’s eyes light up with a feeling of joy, and Aira gives Mirai her silver heart jewel. After Aira says that they should meet again, Mirai wakes up on a bench to see Emo and Rinka in front of her. A sad KiracCHU comes floating down the stairway after not getting the cheesecake; surprised, Mirai quickly gets up and accidently drops the jewel Aira gave to her. Realizing that what she had done so far wasn’t a dream, she gives a wink to the confused Emo and Rinka as the camera pans up to show an image of the Pretty All Friends.
