Summary

In Kirajuku, they say if you cross paths with "Mr. Whip", your wishes will come true. Miracle☆Kiratts try making a video where they track down his identity, but they have trouble finding any kind of lead. In the meantime, they get a piece of information from a sparkling lady who claims to have met and talked with "Mr. Whip" before.
