A white top with ruffles of white, pastel yellow, and sky blue at the middle of the chest, where a sky blue band is sewn, held by four brown buttons. A matching piece circles the waist, with rows of pearl studs on the side and back. Shimmering sky blue fabric circles the top of the chest and beneath the shoulders with a single band of white inches above the bottom. Sewn to the middle is a pink frilly bow with two pearl chains on the right and decorations of shells, gems, and colorful pearls on the left. Similar bows rest on the side of the sleeves. The bottom of the sleeve is trim with pleated fabric of pink and pastel yellow. Frilly straps of pastel yellow reside on each shoulder, while a pink strap wraps behind the neck, where a pearl chain resides with shell and starfish charms. The skirt is in three layers, the top is a white scallop with thin pink stripes and a pattern of gems, colorful pearls, and shells on the hem. Following this is a semi-pleated shimmery sky blue layer lined with white lace, and a pale gold ruffled layer. Two pearl chains wrap around the top of the skirt and connect to a larger version of the chest bow, which has three pleat pieces of fabric to match the skirt. On the right wrist is a pink and white accessory with a the bow from the sleeves sewn to it. The left wrist gains two bracelets, one made from pearls, the other shells and starfish.
Shoes[]
Sky blue platform sandals with scalloped fabric on the heel. Sewn to the foot strap is a white frilly bow with gems, colorful pearls, and shells on it. Layers of scalloped pink and white striped fabric lines the top. Scalloped pink material circles the ankle, held by a single pearl chain with a matching bow on the back. On each thigh is a different accessory. The right matches the anklets but gains four hanging pearl strands, each gaining a starfish or shell. On the left is a pearl chain with dangling chains beneath it.

The bow from the chest and skirt, accent by pieces of fabric at alternate corners. The bottom right has shimmering sky blue fabric, while the top left has white and pink stripes.
